We print everything from EPS format. Every file sent to us will be converted to an EPS file. Please do not send single files larger than 2GB.

inDesign (indd), Illustrator (ai or eps), Photoshop (tif, eps or psd). Previous versions are also accepted.

Corel Draw. Please export your file as an EPS instead of the native Corel Draw file.

Sorry, but we can not accept Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Publisher files.

Tiff, eps, pdf. Convert RGB files to CMYK.

No LZW compression or jpeg encoding.

DPI depends on product and job.

Short Range - 100 DPI at final size. (Anything that is viewed at close range)
Medium Range - 75 DPI
Long Range - 25 DPI

All jobs must include a proof. Colour proofs are preferred. Accurate PDF's are acceptable. 
All files should be provided in a CMYK format. Epic will not accept responsibility for RGB to CMYK colour shifts.
If Pantone colour-matching is required, ensure files include Pantone Spot Color & advise your Sales Associate.
All blacks should be four colour (Rich Black). We generally adjust all blacks to a build of 50% Cyan, 50% Magenta, 50% Yellow, & 100% Black to ensure consistency and rich reproduction.
